Step 2: Sourcing

As with the needs of our Clients, no two candidates are alike. We will apply your unique Candidate Profile to select individuals from our vast network of creative professionals to create a Candidate Pool. Step 3: Interviewing

Once a Candidate Pool is established, our specialists conduct a rigorous interview process to ensure that we are providing our clients with the best in the industry. This process tests each candidates’ knowledge of your industry, their understanding of the functions of the targeted role, and how well they match-up with the internal culture of your company.

Step 4: Presentation

After reviewing each candidate, we determine which are the best fit for the specific role and present them to our clients. At this stage, most of the hard work is removed and now clients can simply select the top talent and keep projects moving forward without missing a beat!
